We would like to know how we can improve our service to you and how you perceive our surgery and staff. 

To help us with this we have a group of patients that we can contact when we have questions or ideas about the future direction of the practice.  We send three or four emails or letters to them during the year to ask their opinions and we  hold occasional meetings at the surgery.
